That's not just a shake...

Traveling and wanting to stay healthy seem like an impossible feat.  Maybe it's the mimosas in the morning or the excitement when trying a new cultural dish...who knows.  One thing I do know is that, due to how much we travel, having the desire to find something that made staying in shape and being healthy a part of our travel routine made me find something I love!

It's a shake.  It's a delicious healthy protein shake that I start my mornings with, aaaaannnnnndddd I also sometimes have the cocktail server blend up a "special mommy shake" with an extra little shot of kahlua or something like that...but whatever it is, it keeps me confident in my swimsuit, feeds my body protein to stay lean, and gives me the energy I need to chase Judah around.  Cheers to all of us parents who have found something that keeps us healthy and happy.
